Technical maintenance includes checking:

Functioning of cash register units according to internal tests
All messages about possible malfunctions in the operation of the MCT
Accuracy of real-time considering time zones
As well as analysis of information exchange protocols
Communication channels with the fiscal data operator
And cleaning the printer mechanism from dust
Possible absence of confirmation of receipt of fiscal documents
LLC "SMART ONE FINTECH" is the main service center. It also has the authority to accredit other organizations for the right to work with the cash terminal.

Warranty 12 months

Warranty service and repair are available for 12 months from the moment of activation. They are performed only on the condition of adherence to warranty obligations.

Replacement fund

In case of necessity, we temporarily provide another device for the duration of the warranty repair.

SmartOne warranty obligations

The manufacturer guarantees the operability of the mobile cash terminal for 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer's warehouse or official dealer, provided that the rules of operation, transportation, and storage are followed.

Importer LLC "SMART ONE FINTECH" is an official dealer. Literally, it has the authority to accept claims on warranty obligations on behalf of the manufacturer of the mobile cash terminal.

Any component of the mobile cash terminal is subject to free replacement * or repair by the manufacturer and the service center during the warranty period. Claims are accepted upon detection of material defects or assembly violations.

* Exceptions include certain components. For example, consumables, as well as elements with a limited working resource.

To be eligible for warranty service, keep the forms stamped for service maintenance. Such records confirm that the specified measures were carried out on time.

Purchasing a mobile cash terminal signifies your agreement with the terms of operation, service maintenance, and warranty repair, as well as your consent to the warranty provision rules.

Basic definitions:

Warranty obligations — this is a limited warranty for a new cash terminal. It is provided by the manufacturing enterprise in Ukraine for the duration of the warranty period and under the terms defined by the warranty.

Normal operation — operation of the mobile cash terminal in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and requirements stated in the passport and operating instructions. Also, in compliance with legislative norms and requirements in force in Ukraine.

Official dealer — an organization authorized by the manufacturer to sell the mobile cash terminal, as well as original spare parts and accessories for it. Located in Ukraine. Importer LLC "SMART ONE FINTECH" is an official dealer.

Service center — an organization authorized to sell the mobile cash terminal, original spare parts, and accessories for it. Also, to perform works and provide services related to service maintenance. Primarily, this includes commissioning, checking operability, repair, and decommissioning.

Original spare parts and accessories for the Mobile Cash Terminal (MCT) — spare parts and accessories made by the manufacturer or under its control. Also purchased from an authorized dealer or service center.

Warranty service does not extend to the following cases:

1. Expenses related to planned service maintenance. Routine maintenance, material costs for servicing. Also diagnostic and adjustment work.

2. Normal wear and tear of any parts. Natural wear of rubber, plastic, and metal surfaces as a result of normal use and environmental impact.

3. Damages due to incomplete or improper servicing. For example, neglect of periodic inspections. Also, significant exceedance of the interval between scheduled service maintenance.

4. Damages resulting from the use of non-original parts or equipment not approved by the manufacturer. Rectification of the consequences of repairs, servicing, and other types of work not accredited in the established procedure.

5. Actions of third parties, improper use of the mobile cash terminal, incorrect actions of users when operating the device. Also, modification of the mobile cash terminal or its parts not approved by the manufacturer.

6. Expenses related to dismantling and new equipment installation. Expenses associated with the inability to use the mobile cash terminal. Costs for fuel, telephone communication, fines, transportation expenses, loss of income. As well as other commercial and non-material losses, direct and indirect damages resulting from the malfunction of the mobile cash terminal.

7. Expenses for rectifying any malfunctions of the mobile cash terminal, where data has been artificially altered/destroyed. Also, all losses associated with these malfunctions.

8. Rectification of consequences resulting from the untimely rectification of malfunctions in the mobile cash terminal.

And also:

9. Damages resulting from the failure of components. For example, consumable materials with a limited working lifespan. Components subject to wear and tear during normal operation. As well as parts with expired warranty periods.

10. Expenses on materials and components with limited working lifespan, subject to wear and tear during normal operation. For example, battery, charger, cables, as well as printer head, fuses, and other components.

11. Loss caused by failure to comply with the instructions and requirements outlined in the relevant sections of the passport and user manual of the mobile cash terminal.

12. Expenses related to various settings, parameter programming, and commissioning of the mobile cash terminal.

13. Malfunction of components of the mobile cash terminal. Failures caused by self-performed repairs and disassembly of units.

14. Damage to the mobile cash terminal and its components caused by external influences such as liquids, rain, snow, industrial and chemical emissions. Also, acidic and alkaline air pollutants, biological organisms, fires, hail, lightning, and other phenomena.

15. Damage caused to personal or other property.

16. Expenses related to rectifying errors that occurred during self-programming of parameters. Also, expenses associated with replacing components and blocks resulting from the input of incorrect information into the mobile POS terminal.

• in the event of non-fulfillment of the conditions for service maintenance and repair;
• also in the presence of mechanical damage to external parts.

Warning:

Malfunctions that occurred outside the device case, if the operation of the terminal depends on them (for example, lack of communication with the fiscal data operator and unstable communication with the provider), are not covered by the warranty and are not covered by the warranty obligations.

In addition, all warranty obligations for the mobile cash terminal are limited to the original cost of the mobile cash terminal. And they do not depend on additional costs, as well as material and non-material damages.
